Paola joined ISINNOVA in 2026.

Paola is an agroecology specialist with over seven years of experience in soil health, sustainable farming, participatory research and stakeholder engagement in the agri-food sector. At ISINNOVA, she supports European projects focused on soil health and sustainable land management.

Her experience spans research organisations, the private sector and non-profit organisations in several European countries and Latin America. She combines scientific research with the involvement of farmers, citizens and other stakeholders, helping turn knowledge into practical solutions that can inform policy and decision-making.
