We are ready to make the most of the ECOMM guiding theme for this 2022 edition: BE INSPIRED by\u2026sustainable mobility!<br \/>\nDignity will take the stage on the morning of <strong>Wednesday 1 June<\/strong> in a joint session &#8211; with our \u2018sister\u2019 projects \u00a0INDIMO and TRIPS &#8211; \u00a0focused on <em>Digital shift in mobility: How can we get everyone on board?<\/em><br \/>\nOur project partners <strong>Mike Bradley<\/strong> (Inclusive Design Group, <em>University of Cambridge<\/em>) and <strong>Shila Abdi <\/strong>(<em>Flemish Ministry of Mobility and Public Works<\/em>) will showcase <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dignity-project.eu\/dignity-approach\/\">DIGNITY\u2019s approach<\/a> to ensuring inclusivity and accessibility in digital mobility systems. Mike will share insights coming from DIGNITY\u2019s research on inclusive<strong> digital interfaces<\/strong>, inclusive <strong>passenger experiences<\/strong> and <strong>digital exclusion<\/strong>. While Shila will present the experience of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dignity-project.eu\/pilots\/flanders\/\"><strong>Flanders pilot<\/strong><\/a> and the strategies to ensure inclusivity and accessibility in digital mobility systems that were perceived important by the participants of the <strong>co-design workshops<\/strong>. Both will stimulate discussion and exchange of views on possible solutions to two key questions regarding inclusive digital mobility which lie at the heart of our project: how can policy makers foster inclusivity in transport and what is the best way to include the (future) users of a digital mobility service in the design of that service?<br \/>\nDIGNITY will have plenty to share and also plenty to bring back home from Finland.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DIGNITY is off to Turku (Finland)\u00a0for the upcoming European Conference on Mobility Management beginning on the 31st March, 2022.
