DIGNITY\u2019s target groups<\/a> will be connected on the Learning Community Platform,<\/a> where they can access the project\u2019s outputs, such as the inclusive design guidelines, policy recommendations, educational toolkit, design insights and publications.<\/p>\n

The platform will not only feature the project\u2019s key outputs, but will also be a place for networking and for co-creating knowledge. For example, transport operators and providers of digital mobility products and services will be able to use the platform to connect with user associations to improve their understanding of how to plan for inclusive mobility and evaluate the effects of their current systems, products and services so that they can actively co-create strategies to mitigate negative aspects and build on positive ones.<\/p>\n

For certain outputs, such as the toolkit and insights, the community will be asked to critically analyse any gaps and to offer feedback. This will enrich the knowledge created by the pilots and strengthen the community, so that they can continue to work together to address these issues long after the project\u2019s end.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Inclusive design guidelines<\/h2><\/div>

The inclusive design guidelines will provide a common template and practical guidelines that will be used in the four DIGNITY pilots, and then finetuned and standardised. After the first year of the project, the final version will be made available on the learning community platform and in the deliverables section of the website.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Policy recommendations<\/h2><\/div>
<\/div>
\n

A booklet of policy recommendations, in the form of lessons learned and best practices, will be produced towards the end of the project and published on the Learning Community Platform for feedback. The recommendations will focus on improving accessibility to digital transport and providing practical strategies for more inclusive digital transport. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Educational toolkit<\/h2><\/div>
<\/div>
\n

An open-access DIGNITY toolkit will be produced towards the end of the project. This will be a practical digital tool with step-by-step methods on how inclusiveness can be strategically envisioned and conducted. The learning community will help refine and improve the toolkit, ensuring that the final versions are truly inclusive and that they take into consideration the knowledge and needs of the user community.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Co-design insights<\/h2><\/div>
<\/div>
\n

Four local strategies for an inclusive digital travel eco-system, in the form of a robust regulatory framework and policy action plan, as well as insights on user needs and how to make an inclusive digital product\/service concept or prototype will be developed by the pilots. Like with the toolkit, the learning community will provide feedback so that the final output reflects the community\u2019s knowledge and needs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Publications<\/h1><\/div>

In addition to the guidelines, recommendations, toolkits and insights, three explanatory publications will offer a general overview of the state of the art of the challenges facing underserved groups in accessing digital mobility products and services and will help them better understand how to address them<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Framing the Gap<\/h2><\/div>

will give product and service providers, transport operators, and user associations an overview of the current digital mobility gap vis-\u00e0-vis disadvantaged communities<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Pilot Experiences and Best Practices<\/h2><\/div>

\n

will function as a kind of handbook, <\/span>presenting the experiences of the pilots and offering a set of best practices to be followed<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Gender Issues and Inclusive Digital Transport<\/h2><\/div>

\n

will examine the gender issues that came to light over the course of the project, show how these issues were addressed, and provide a set of lessons learned <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
