\"\"Understanding the digital gap, or the diagnosis <\/em>of the problem<\/h3>\n

To provide a better understanding of needs and attitudes regarding digitally-related user requirements and to identify the obstacles to digital mobility across Europe, a state-of-the art analysis of the digital transport eco-system will be carried out. The quantification of the digital divide and an assessment of the factors hampering effective user uptake will allow us to identify gaps in provision, and to highlight and prioritise issues that need to be resolved.<\/p>\n<\/div>
