UVAR studies published by the European Commission

The European Commission has just published a number of UVAR (Urban Vehicle Access Regulation) studies co-authored by ISINNOVA. These six high-quality non-binding guidance documents (NBGDs) on different aspects of access regulations are to be presented to the EU Member States for endorsement. The study provides an overview of the EU policy and objectives underlying the implementation of UVAR schemes as well as the rationale behind the study. It also describes the methodological approach underpinning the preparation of NBGDs, the data sources used and the logic behind stakeholders’ involvement. Finally, it provides a summary account of the individual NBGDs, offering a more in-depth examination of the topics.
