The European Commission has just released a report on Investing in the European future we want: Report of the independent High Level Group on maximising the impact of EU Research & Innovation Programmes. The report is written by a group of twelve high-level experts, chaired by Pascal Lamy, President Emeritus of the Jacques Delors Institute. It considers how to maximise the impact of the EU’s investment in research and innovation and will help shape the next framework programme (FP9).

BOHEMIA, a foresight study that ISINNOVA contributed to, which has developed future scenarios for the different contexts of EU R&I policy, is discussed as one of the building blocks of the report.
