On 19 June 2018, Stefano Faberi presented a brief summary of the study on Italian condominiums that ISINNOVA has carried out on behalf of ENEA, entitled: “Incentives and energy requalification of condominiums: Is there a clear path? How should we proceed?” This presentation was done as part of ENEA’s 7th Annual Report on Energy Efficiency, which tracks energy savings achieved through implemented measures; looks at new trends in various end-use sectors; describes barriers and good practices; and provides an in-depth analysis of energy diagnoses, financing instruments, and energy poverty. These elements provide the framework for the state of energy efficiency at the national level, set against the country’s economic context and technological development.
During the day the annual report on tax deductions for the energy requalification of existing buildings will also be presented. The event will also provide an opportunity to focus the attention of institutions and businesses on the current state of national real estate and economic-environmental opportunities arising from shared strategies for the energy requalification of buildings.
